While most over-the-counter (OTC) Ayurvedic supplements, wellness tonics, and dry fruits do not legally require a physical prescription, some specialized or highly potent classical formulations should be taken under professional guidance.

We strongly recommend and advise all customers to consult a qualified Ayurvedic Vaidya or medical doctor before starting any medicinal course. We are retailers, not prescribing physicians.

We guarantee 100% authenticity for all items in our catalog. Sitaram Anilkumar operates as an authorized retail vendor, sourcing products directly from licensed, highly respected Ayurvedic manufacturing houses such as Vyas Pharmaceuticals, Lion Brand, and other certified brands. Every single bottle and box we ship features the original manufacturer safety seals, batch numbers, and expiry dates intact. We do not manufacture or re-bottle medications locally.

Because our inventory consists of ingestible wellness products, natural herbs, and dry fruits, we enforce strict sanitary and safety guidelines. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once the safety seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.

However, if your order is delivered in a damaged condition, has leaked, or is incorrect, please email us at sitaramanilkumar90@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos or an unboxing video. We will happily process a free replacement or a full refund.

We ship locally within Haldwani and nationally across India.

Shipping costs are dynamically calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of the package and your delivery PIN code. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your package leaves our store.
